Shipping and Returns

We ship through out the USA and INTERNATIONALLY. Please contact us for estimate for international shipping.

International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.


Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of damaged or defective shipments. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost due to shipping carriers. If your item was damaged or lost due to shipping, we will work with you to make sure you receive reimbursement through USPS or UPS for damaged items due to shipping.


Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt if items you received that are defective in its quality or similar issue. We will work with you to make sure you have replacement item.


We do not accept returns on items once its past 7 days from original receipt of merchandise.  Your return must be accompanied by a receipt or order number and well packed in the same condition it was sent to you. We will issue you a refund upon your item’s return, however original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please contact us for address to ship your item back to us.


If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your product and wish to exchange it for another, contact us so we can help and make sure you are happy!

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Matt Summers Design, so we will do our best to make sure you are satisfied with our products and service.

We do not except returns on custom jobs.
